What is a Master Set?
A Pokémon TCG master set is a complete collection of every card released in a specific expansion.
Unlike a complete set, which only includes numbered cards from the main set list, a master set includes:

Secret rare cards
Full art cards
Promo cards and Special variants or alternate prints can also be included but usually are collected as part of a Grand Master set.
